Implementation of the government program to create horticulture, berry growing and viticulture continues.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine signed 41 orders in the amount of UAH 191.5 million, ProAgro Group reports.

The total area of participating farms is 607.85 hectares. Grant amounts, depending on the area, range from UAH 360,000 to UAH 10 million per recipient.

9 enterprises have already received grant funds, UAH 4.1 million have been transferred to their accounts. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy received 185 applications from Oschadbank, of which 41 were approved.

The main condition for program participants is the creation of jobs. In addition, the Program provides for co-financing: from 30% of own funds is provided by its participant, and 70% by the state. These funds can be used to pay any costs associated with the agreed planting project.
