On October 29, a working meeting of the head of the board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsik with representatives of the Project “Supporting the Implementation of Agricultural and Food Policy in Ukraine” took place in Lviv. 

EU project manager John Milnes, project consultants Goran Zhivkov and Kateryna Krykunenko got acquainted with the activities of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, learned about advisory services for farmers and agricultural formations provided by LAP advisers.

As part of the meeting, issues of coordination with the project, institutions of EU countries and Agrarian Chambers of Ukraine to expand cooperation in the field of counseling and farming support policy were discussed.

It should be noted that it is the Agrarian Chambers in many EU countries that provide farmers with professional advisory services, which made it possible to significantly increase the competitive advantages of farmers in these countries on the national and world markets.
