On April 9, a thematic Skype webinar on modern aspects of land legislation and the development of rural areas was held in Lviv Oblast at the initiative of the Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration and the representation of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights in the Western Region.

Experts from the department of agro-industrial development, heads of five united territorial communities of Lviv region took part in the webinar, namely: Maria Diskant of Zabolottsivska OTG, head of Zhovanetsk OTG – Yaroslav Derkach, Davydivska OTG – Volodymyr Kernytskyi, Pidberiztsivka OTG – Vasyl Koval, Velikomostiv OTG – Yaroslav Royko, Velikolyubin OTG – Yosif Factory.

As part of the webinar, the issues of conducting registration procedures in an online format, the functions of the online services of the Ministry of Justice, the peculiarities of state registration based on applications in electronic form, the issue of supporting farmers and agricultural producers in 2020, the innovations of the draft law on opening the agricultural land market, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 31, 2020, the issue of countering the illegal takeover and seizure of enterprises in the Lviv region (about anti-raider headquarters), the expediency of introducing a representative for the development of rural territory (a representative of the Agrarian Chamber) into the staff of the OTG and other relevant issues.  

Ihor Vuytsyk, head of the board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, took part in the webinar with a report.
