The transfer of equipment took place within the framework of the international technical assistance project \"Protection of biodiversity of the cross-border territories of Ukraine and Poland from invasive populations of borscht (Heracleum) ZeroHeracleum\", which is aimed at improving the ability of communities to fight the spread of a dangerous invasive plant - borscht Sosnovsky.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe obtained technique gives communities practical tools for mechanical destruction of hogweed, timely processing of large affected areas and systematic control of the situation with the spread of hogweed throughout the territory of communities. The head of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsyk took part in the work of the commission, who noted that it is extremely important to approach the distribution of funds to support the agrarian sector of the region in a transparent and equally fair manner. Cooperation is aimed at supporting social initiatives, holding joint educational events and community development. A Danish-Ukrainian business conference in the agro-technological sector is being held in Lviv on April 28. 13 leading Danish companies are represented at the conference. Among the participants are the Ambassador of Denmark to Ukraine Thomas Lund-S\u00f8rensen, representatives of the Government, the Lviv Regional Military Administration, the Lviv Regional Council, investment funds, agricultural associations and businesses.\n\n\n\nHeads of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber - Pavlo Muzyka and Ihor Vuytsyk - took part in the conference.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStrategic issues for Ukraine were discussed: development of the agricultural sector, investment attraction, introduction of modern agricultural technologies. In this context, Denmark's experience in technical solutions that ensure the efficient use of agricultural waste for energy production is valuable for the agricultural sector of Ukraine.\n\n\n\nAt the panel \"Dairy industry\/cattle breeding\", the roadmap for the integration of the dairy sector of Ukraine into the EU, strategy, priorities and opportunities for Danish-Ukrainian cooperation were discussed.\n\n\n\nThe panel \"Production of agricultural crops and fodder\" is dedicated to the development of infrastructure and grain logistics in Ukraine.\n\n\n\nA seminar on ASF was held at the \"Pig Farming\" panel. Special attention is paid to the challenges of climate change and geopolitical factors affecting the food security of Ukraine in the post-war period.
