background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The indexation coefficient for the normative monetary valuation of land for 2024 is 1.12 (this indexation coefficient for the normative monetary valuation of land applies to all categories of land and types of land use).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 24px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The indexation coefficient for the normative monetary valuation of land is applied cumulatively depending on the date on which the normative monetary valuation of land was carried out (paragraph 289.2 of Article 289 of the Tax Code of Ukraine).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 24px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The indexation coefficient for the standard monetary valuation of land by year is as follows: 1996 \u2013 1.703; 1997 \u2013 1.059; 1998 \u2013 1.006; 1999 \u2013 1.127; 2000 \u2013 1.182; 2001 \u2013 1.02; 2005 \u2013 1.035; 2007 \u2013 1.028; 2008 \u2013 1.152; 2009 \u2013 1.059; 2010 \u2013 1.0; 2011 \u2013 1.0; 2012 \u2013 1.0; 2013 \u2013 1.0; 2014 \u2013 1.249; 2015 \u2013 1.433 (excluding agricultural land) and 1.2 (for agricultural land (arable land, permanent crops, hayfields, pastures and fallow land); 2016 \u2013 1.0 (for agricultural land (arable land, permanent crops, hayfields, pastures and fallow land) and 1.06 (for non-agricultural land); 2017 \u2013 1.0; 2018 \u2013 1.0; 2019 \u2013 1.0; 2020 \u2013 1.0; 2021 \u2013 1.0 (for agricultural land (arable land, permanent crops, hayfields, pastures and fallow land) and 1.1 (for non-agricultural land); 2022 \u2013 1.0 (for agricultural land (arable land, perennial crops, hayfields, pastures and fallow land) and 1.15 (for land and land plots (other than agricultural land), 2023 \u2013 1.051 (this indexation coefficient for the normative monetary valuation of land applies to all categories of land and types of land use).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 24px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In addition, the State Geocadastre reminds that extracts which were and will be generated automatically by the State Land Cadastre software between 1 January and 16 January 2025 do not contain indexation coefficients for 2024, and therefore, the normative monetary valuation of land plots specified in these extracts will need to be recalculated using the indexation coefficient for 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;
