The order was registered with the Ministry of Justice on 14 August 2024. The document provides for the improvement of measures concerning the production and circulation of milk and dairy products, in accordance with European legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 22px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 35.45pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In particular, requirements are introduced for:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 22px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 35.45pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Symbol; color: #212529;\">\u00b7<span style=\"font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">                <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212529;\">raw milk that has not undergone heat treatment and is to be placed on the market as a food product for the end consumer;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 22px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 35.45pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: Symbol; color: #212529;\">\u00b7                <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212529;\">milk production holdings and the animals from which such milk is obtained. The locations and rules for the sale of such milk are clearly established: directly from the dairy farm, from a farm shop, from a milk container (tank, reservoir, etc.), from a vending machine for unpackaged raw milk, and from vending machines for unpackaged raw milk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 22px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 35.45pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Mechanisms are also introduced for conducting laboratory tests on raw milk obtained at primary production sites for residues of antimicrobial agents\/antibiotics, freezing point, and alkaline phosphatase during milk testing immediately after heat treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 22px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; text-indent: 35.45pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The Order sets out the functions of the national reference laboratory.
