Practical aspects for farmers\u2019 took place in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">This event was organised by the EU project \u201cInstitutional and Policy Reform of Small-Scale Agriculture in Ukraine\u201d (IPRSA) in cooperation with other international technical assistance projects and programmes, and with the support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">One of the speakers<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"> <\/span>at the event was Hanna Hnativ, a representative of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, who outlined the latest information on land lease legal relations in agriculture: practical advice during martial law<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">In her speech, Hanna Hnativ highlighted the most pressing issues, particularly regarding the entry into force of land lease agreements and the calculation of the term of such agreements. Thus, the term of a land lease agreement begins from the moment the agreement is concluded, and not from the moment of state registration, unless otherwise specified by law or the agreement.
