The extract remains valid until changes are made to the register.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #050505; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">The forms for the request to obtain an extract (hereinafter \u2013 the request) and the extract itself were approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 308 dated 16 July 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #050505; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">The request form requires the taxpayer to tick the box \u2018Method of obtaining the extract\u2019, namely, directly at the tax authority or electronically.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #050505; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">In particular, an individual entrepreneur who is a single tax payer in the first to third groups may, in the \u2018Applications, requests for information\u2019 menu of the private section of the Electronic Cabinet, create, sign and send a request using form F1302101 to the relevant State Tax Service authority. If the request is sent with the \u2018electronically\u2019 option selected in the \u2018Method of obtaining the extract\u2019 field, the single tax payer will receive the extract in electronic form using form F1402101 in the \u2018Inbox\u2019 tab of the \u2018Incoming\/Outgoing Documents\u2019 menu in the private section of the Electronic Cabinet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #050505; mso-fareast-language: UK;\">However, a printed electronic extract in paper form is not considered an original.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt;
