Among its benefits is the opportunity for anyone wishing to do so to set up or develop their own business in the areas of \u201cMy Business\u201d, \u201cMy Garden\u201d, \u201cMy Greenhouse\u201d and \u201cNew Level\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">With the aim of ensuring the provision of grants to businesses for the establishment or development of greenhouse farming and the establishment or development of horticulture, berry growing and viticulture, the Government adopted Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 738 of 21 June 2022 \u2018Certain Issues Concerning the Provision of Grants to Businesses\u2019, which approved the Procedure for the Provision of Grants for the Establishment or Development of Horticulture, Berry Farming and Viticulture and the Procedure for the Provision of Grants for the Establishment or Development of Greenhouse Farming. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The Ministry of Agrarian Policy, <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-language: RU;\">with a view to <span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">improving support mechanisms for business entities within the framework of existing grant programmes, is constantly initiating amendments to the aforementioned Procedures. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-language: RU; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">In particular, amendments have been prepared to paragraph 4 <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">of the Procedure for granting grants for the establishment or development of horticulture, berry growing and viticulture<br \/>(hereinafter <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-language: RU; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">\u2013 <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">the Procedure) regarding <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: RU; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">the provision of grants <\/span><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">for planting and establishing plantations on a land plot or on adjacent land plots. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt -7.1pt;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">It is proposed to supplement paragraph 4 of the Procedure with new sub-paragraphs as follows: <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">\u2018Grants are provided for the planting and establishment of plantations on a land plot or on adjacent land plots, the total area of which is between 1 and 25 hectares.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><b><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">At the same time, farm tracks, clearings, field-protecting forest strips and other protective plantings, as well as boundaries (rivers, streams, canals, forest strips, vegetation strips, trees, paths, ditches, ravines, marshy land) may be located between the land plots<\/span><\/b><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">.\u201d<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><b><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: RU;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;
