This has been announced by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">To be included in the list of verified exporters, an entrepreneur must first register with the SAR if they are not already registered there. Secondly, they must obtain a confirmation letter from the bank regarding a successful export transaction. The third step is to submit an application to the DAR, specifying the VAT payer code and attaching a scanned copy of the letter from the bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">The decision on inclusion in the list of exporters is made within 3 working days of the application being submitted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/minagro.gov.ua\/news\/uryad-vvodit-novi-pravila-dlya-eksportu-agroprodukciyi-v-umovah-voyennogo-stanu\"><span style=\"color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; border: none windowtext 1.0pt; mso-border-alt: none windowtext 0cm; padding: 0cm; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">the Government has approved a resolution<\/span><\/a> \u2018On the implementation of a pilot project to verify entities in the agro-industrial sector under martial law\u2019. According to the document, a list of verified entities in the agro-industrial sector that export goods will be compiled. In particular, this includes cereals, oilseeds and processed products.
