{"id":252034,"date":"2023-06-14T12:27:21","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T12:27:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agrochamber.lviv.ua\/uriad-zaprovadyv-dodatkovyi-sproshchenyi-avtomatyzovanyi-mekhanizm-pidtverdzhennia-reiestratsii-podatkovykh-nakladnykh-en\/04\/2026\/"},"modified":"2026-04-27T10:31:49","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T10:31:49","slug":"uriad-zaprovadyv-dodatkovyi-sproshchenyi-avtomatyzovanyi-mekhanizm-pidtverdzhennia-reiestratsii-podatkovykh-nakladnykh-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agrochamber.lviv.ua\/en\/uriad-zaprovadyv-dodatkovyi-sproshchenyi-avtomatyzovanyi-mekhanizm-pidtverdzhennia-reiestratsii-podatkovykh-nakladnykh-en\/06\/2023\/","title":{"rendered":"The government has introduced an additional simplified automated mechanism for confirming the registration of tax invoices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">The Government\u2019s decision amends Resolution No. 1165 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11 December 2019 with regard to creating favourable conditions for the registration of tax invoices\/adjustment calculations (hereinafter \u2013 TN\/AC) in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices and the improvement of automated monitoring of the compliance of their registration in the Unified Register with the criteria for assessing risk levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Changes are being made to certain provisions of automated monitoring regarding the determination of a taxpayer\u2019s risk level, the specifics of applying the taxpayer data table, including when determining whether transactions reflected in tax invoices\/adjustment calculations meet the risk criteria for conducting transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">In particular, the new provisions provide for:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">&#8211; to impose restrictions on territorial bodies of the State Tax Service regarding decisions on a taxpayer\u2019s riskiness based on transactions where the date of issue of tax invoices exceeds 180 days prior to the date of such a decision.
