This is reported by the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Lviv Oblast with reference to the relevant law of Ukraine (No. 2698-IX).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;\">It is about land plots that are under the right of permanent use by farmers and which are leased to other farmers for the period of the war, as well as plots for which agreements on the transfer of land use rights have been concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"UK\" style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;<\/span>The department emphasized that there is no need to register agricultural land leases that were concluded without conducting land auctions.<\/span> text1;&#8221;><br \/> <span style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>&#8220;Since, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine, the tenant (subtenant) must submit an application for state registration of the right of use within two months, and the law entered into force on November 19, farmers do not have much time left. If the right to lease a land plot is not registered within 3 months, the land plot lease agreement is considered terminated.
