Since July 25, the State Geocadastre has implemented the functionality for the automatic generation by the software of the State Land Cadastre of the extract from the technical documentation on the normative monetary assessment of agricultural land plots (outside the settlements) in electronic form.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On July 6, 2022, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 1, 2022 No. 753 “On Amendments to the Methodology of the Regulatory Monetary Valuation of Land Plots” entered into force, which provides, in particular, that an extract from the technical documentation on the normative monetary valuation of land plots is drawn up and issued automatically in electronic form using the software of the State Land Cadastre.<\/p>\n
Also, the specified resolution changed the form of the extract from the technical documentation on the normative monetary valuation of the land plot, which provides for confirmation of the validity of such an extract by applying the corresponding QR code.\u00a0The implementation of the specified functionality allows you to receive an extract of the normative monetary valuation of the land plot for agricultural purposes in electronic form immediately after submitting the corresponding application without the participation of employees of the territorial bodies of the State Geocadaster.<\/p>\n
In order to obtain an extract from the technical documentation on the regulatory monetary valuation of the agricultural land plot located outside the settlement, it is necessary to submit a corresponding application through the electronic services of the State Geocadastre (https:\/\/e.land.gov.ua\/services).\u00a0After authorization in Electronic services, you need to go to the “Details of DZK” section and select the “Order” item. Next, select the type of application “Regulatory monetary valuation of a plot of land (agricultural purpose outside of populated areas)” and fill in all mandatory fields of the application form.<\/p>\n
After successfully forming the application, you need to go to the “History” subsection of the “Information of the DZK” section, which will indicate the application and the status of its processing. When specifying\/status of consideration of the application “Ready”, it is possible to download an electronic version of the extract containing a QR code generated by the software of the State Land Cadastre and signed by a qualified electronic signature of the State Land Cadastre system.<\/p>\n
Only during the first day of operation of the specified functionality, the software automatically generated about 700 extracts from the technical documentation on the regulatory monetary valuation of agricultural land plots.\u00a0Separately, it should be noted that applications for obtaining extracts, submitted before the introduction of the above functionality, will be considered by employees of territorial bodies of the State Geocadastre in the usual manner.<\/p>\n
