Since January, a new service has appeared in the Diya application – a notification about a change and check of credit history. Background check is a mandatory procedure when applying for loans. Now, when they take out a loan or check your history, you’ll get a push. The function works by default, you do not need to update the application.<\/p>\n
If you receive a push notification in Diya that you have received a new loan, but you did not open it, you can immediately go to the Ukrainian Bureau of Credit History from the application and write a complaint. And if you see a notification that the bank, for example, is checking your credit history to open a new loan, you can react quickly and contact the institution to find out the details.<\/p>\n
This service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital together with the Ukrainian Bureau of Credit History. It has all the information about borrowers from banks, insurance companies, leasing companies, credit unions and other financial institutions.<\/p>\n
