The resolution entered into force on July 30 of the previous year<\/p>\n<p>The rules define the main requirements for the maintenance and preservation of field protection forest strips located on agricultural land, and the implementation of a range of land reclamation activities.<\/p>\n<p>The rules are mandatory for all owners, tenants and users of land plots on which forest protection strips are located (hereinafter referred to as land users).<\/p>\n<p>It was determined that field protection forest strips are artificially created linear plantings to protect agricultural land from the negative impact of natural and anthropogenic factors.<\/p>\n<p>Forest management of field protection forest strips is carried out according to the following additional indicators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>view;<\/li>\n<li>area, length, width, number of rows;<\/li>\n<li>main breed;<\/li>\n<li>construction;<\/li>\n<li>age period;<\/li>\n<li>forestry and reclamation assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It has been established that measures to protect against illegal felling, ensure fire safety, and eliminate fires in field protection forest strips are carried out by land users.<\/p>\n<p>The following is prohibited on land plots under field protection forest strips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>assemble materials;<\/li>\n<li>build any structures;<\/li>\n<li>arrange garbage, snow and ice dumps;<\/li>\n<li>equip parking lots for vehicles;<\/li>\n<li>to burn dry vegetation, light a fire;<\/li>\n<li>extracting sap, resin from trees, making incisions;<\/li>\n<li>destroy anthills, catch birds and animals;<\/li>\n<li>carry out any activity that may negatively affect the condition of the field protection forest strips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also, the footnotes to the Model Land Lease Agreement are set out in the new version.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Source: www.dtkt.ua<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Resolution No. 650 of 07\/22\/2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended the Model Land Lease Agreement and approved the Rules for the Maintenance and Preservation of Field Protection Forest Strips Located on Agricultural Land.
