Previously, this applied only to diversion projects, and now the principle applies to 5 more types of land management documentation. In particular, this is documentation on land inventory and reclamation, which is necessary for removing and transferring the fertile soil layer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The principle of extraterritoriality applies to all documentation that is under approval in the State Geocadastre.
