<\/p>\nOn February 3, a round table was held in Lviv on the initiative of the Western Interregional Department of Justice of the Ministry of Justice on the topic: “Anti-raider legislation. Protection of rights in the field of land relations.” Agricultural producers, representatives of local self-government bodies, state registrars, scientists, members of the Commission for Rural Development and Agro-Industrial Policy of the People’s Council under the Lviv Regional State Administration, Pavlo Muzyka, president of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, Ihor Vuytsyk, head of the LAP board, and Vasyl Lesiv, LAP representative from Stryi District, took part in the round table.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The head of the Western Interregional Administration Yuriy Dobosh addressed the participants of the round table with an opening speech, who noted the important steps taken by the state to overcome raiding in the field of land relations in recent months and increase responsibility.<\/p>\n
The head of the department of the Western Interregional Administration, Vitaliy Shepega, informed the audience in detail about the innovations of the anti-raider legislation, which came into force on January 16, which allows to minimize the impact of this phenomenon on economic activity. Certain provisions of the anti-raider legislation enter into force on July 16 of this year<\/p>\n

Head of the Branch of the Notary Chamber of Ukraine in the Lviv region, Yuriy Pylypenko, spoke about the main steps in the activity of notaries when carrying out relevant transactions with land plots.<\/p>\n
Deputy Head of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Tetyana Borushok, informed the participants of the round table about the efficiency of agricultural land use in the region, the algorithm of agricultural producers’ registrations in the Agrarian Register and the procedure for registering public pastures within village councils in the State Geocadastre.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Scientists of the University of Lviv region, associate professors Maria Vashchyshyn, Yaryna Gaetska-Kolotylo and Nataliya Ilkiv informed about the amendments to the draft law on the agricultural land market, the peculiarities of the renewal of the land lease agreement.<\/p>\n
