On April 29, 2025, a regular meeting of the board of the Public Council of the State Police of Ukraine was held in Lviv in the Lviv region, which includes the head of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, Ihor VUITSIK.
A number of important issues were considered on the agenda, including the issue of double taxation when paying income to non-residents. The meeting took place in a constructive manner, with the involvement of experts in the field of tax law. Also, the meeting participants considered an appeal to initiate changes to the current form of tax reporting for taxpayers of group 4, which is the most relevant for family farms (family farms that do not have hired workers and in which there are restrictions on the use and / or ownership of no more than 20 hectares of land). The proposal concerns the inclusion of a separate field for displaying the total amount of income from the sale of agricultural products in accordance with the relevant KVEDs. According to the results of the discussion, an official appeal to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine with a corresponding initiative was prepared.
