On October 7, at the initiative of the representatives of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber of the villages of Romaniv, Pidyarkiv and the city of Bibrka, in the Przemyśl region, a round table was held for owners of land shares, farmers on some issues of taxation and the development of a favorable business environment and improvement of the investment environment climate.
The chairman of the Przemyśl district council, Roman Andrusyshyn, delivered a welcome speech.

The head of the board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber Ihor Vuytsyk raised the issue of the land market and how best to prepare for it, because from July 1, 2021, citizens, owners of land shares will be able to alienate and also purchase up to 100 hectares. in one hand Those citizens who work on it will have the preferential right to buy land. He also focused on issues related to legislative requirements in the field of state registration of property rights to immovable property, leases, and also provided practical recommendations for the protection of these rights. Vuytsyk informed the participants about the main provisions of the Law of Ukraine No. 2498-VIII dated July 10, 2018. This law requires the registration of property rights by owners of land shares by January 1, 2025, which must be communicated to all owners of land shares.
During our meeting, the deputy head of the board of the Lviv Agrarian Chamber, Hanna Kushchak, provided individual consultations on land tax assessment, taxation of land and property relations.
Representatives informed the participants of the round table about the activities of the Anti-Raider Headquarters in the region, the status of the inventory of land resources in the Lviv region, and the current state and regional support programs for agricultural producers. The participants were also told about the creation of the Commission to ensure public monitoring of the activities of the State Geocadastre, which will be a permanent collegial advisory body formed to ensure public monitoring of the activities of the State Geocadastre and its territorial bodies in each region.
All the participants of the round table noted the importance of holding such informational meetings precisely in villages where there is an initiative, but sometimes there is a lack of professional explanations on legal aspects for effective business management.
As part of thematic events, the Lviv Agrarian Chamber plans to hold such round tables in Horodotsk and Zhydachiv districts.
