On August 27, the Public Services Guide – an online information portal about all services provided by executive power and local self-government bodies – became operational in Ukraine.

This is the only platform where you can find out about any government service in a convenient way. The guide on public services (https://guide.diia.gov.ua/) on the Diya portal contains complete and reliable information about 1,000 services – about the place, method, term, cost, results of receiving services, as well as the necessary documents and the method of contesting their results. The guide is available in two open data formats: Excel and Json.

One of the important tasks of the Public Services Guide is to minimize domestic corruption and the need to turn to intermediaries for services. 

Service information is divided into 17 categories depending on the field of activity. Among the most popular categories are social protection, activities of business and public organizations, agriculture, land and ecology, production and circulation of certain types of products, finance and taxes.

The guide is an official source about government services in Ukraine. If the body of executive power or local self-government when providing a certain service requires a certificate that is not mentioned in the Guide, the reference to the Guide is an argument for citizens not to provide the relevant documents.
