Agricultural Stakeholder Partner – Ukraine

The Lviv Agrarian Chamber (LAC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation that supports farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses across the Lviv region. It plays a key role in developing sustainable agricultural value chains, promoting rural cooperation, and fostering innovation in the Ukrainian agri-food sector.

Within the AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB project, LAC leads efforts to engage local stakeholders and promote circular bioeconomy practices in rural communities. It facilitates communication with farmers, supports pilot site coordination, and ensures that project solutions are grounded in real agricultural needs and conditions.

LAC’s active humanitarian work — including cooperation with FAO and WFP during wartime — highlights its commitment to food security, community resilience, and long-term sustainability.
